ManaFlow (Free mana stacks. For Soraka this rune is a MUST to have)
Transcendence (10% free cdr and up to 60AP bonus with our build)
Scorch (Extra BURN damage each 10 sec)
For Domination:
Ghost Poro (One of the most OP tools to have for better vision)
Ultimate Hunter (25% R Cdr, your ultimate will have only 58s CD)
