📍 In order to implement the order of the Government of the Russian Federation to switch to information modeling technologies in the sphere of public procurement, the government of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug has launched training for specialists in the construction industry. The invited speakers were representatives of the University of the Ministry of Construction, as well as BIM expert Sergey Odegov. During his speech, Sergey spoke in detail about such topics as:
Pilot product line;
server data storage;
project composition and work with 2D documents;
formation of a consolidated model;
multi-threaded processing on the server;
geometric representation of the information model, etc.
In addition, Sergey demonstrated consolidated BIM models of an industrial building and a school, and also answered questions from colleagues.
