From Cinema 4D to After Effects - External Compositing
Since your AE CC includes Cinema 4D Lite, it would be a shame not to use it and create something nice. In this tutorial I'll be showing you how to use Cinema 4D and After Effects for a perfect linear workflow using external compositing tag.
