Hosting the event is Joel Markham, CEO at iCoTech Services, and Giles Hartwright, Programme Director at Cabinet Office.
Joel’s background includes senior roles at Lloyds Bank, Babcock International Group and Companies House, where he was responsible for a range of IT and business change portfolios. First launching a portfolio project management business in 2012 and refining it to become iCoTech Group Ltd in 2018, Joel now heads up a value-led, agile team committed to delivering at pace and within a competitive budget.
Giles engaged with iCoTech to deliver a portfolio management solution across the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and has now moved on to the Cabinet Office to deliver change across government. He has a demonstrated history of working in government administration industry, after studying a Masters in Business Administration at University of Exeter Business School.
