Guide to the Canon 5D mark II
The Canon 5D mark II is a legendary full frame DSLR. Still to this day it is able to impress with it's image quality.
Video recording capabilities are years ahead of it's time. 1080p video can be captured using the entire full frame sensor. With Magic Lantern firmware, the DIGIC 4 image processor can be unleashed, recording 2.8K 10-bit RAW video.
This video is going to be a basic guide for a new Canon 5D mark II user. Auto, aperture priority mode, shutter speed priority mode, and manual controls are covered.
The ISO range isn't as large as a modern camera, but the dynamic range is good at base ISO. That's thanks to the CMOS sensor, which is what made live view mode and video recording possible on a full frame camera.
