Yocto Project Customization 101: Episode 4 (Image Customization)
In episode 4 of 5, we show how to customized images using image recipes and packagegroups, allowing you to control the packages and functionality that you populate in your images. We walk you through the structure of image and packagegroup recipes, and show you how to build an image recipe for ‘test’ and another one for ‘production’. In addition, we show you how to bring in some python3 packages including the python3 package installer, or “pip3” utility.
