Cook chicken zrazy with mushrooms. My channel:    / receptik1   This is the perfect combination of tender minced meat and aromatic mushrooms. These simple ingredients create a delicious, delicate, aromatic dish. Chicken zrazy with mushrooms are very juicy.

Ingredients:
For minced meat:
Chicken fillet - 600 grams;
Chicken egg - 1 piece;
Onion - 1 piece;
Breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
Salt to taste;
Pepper to taste;
Vegetable oil - 100 ml .;

For filling:
Carrots - 1 piece;
Onion - 1 piece;
Mushrooms - 200 grams;
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:
Stuffing: wash carrots, onions and mushrooms, peel. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, cut onions and mushrooms into a small cube. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, heat it, spread the onion, lightly fry it, bring in the carrots, stir and let them cook, then add the mushrooms and let it stew until cooked. I shift it to a container for cooling.
Stuffing: wash chicken, dry, peel. I cut the fillet and onion into a large cube. I shift it into the bowl of the combine, add the chicken eggs and chop everything into minced meat. I shift to a bowl, add breadcrumbs and spices, mix, taste, if spices are not enough add more to taste.
I moisten my hands with water, take a portion of minced meat, make a flat cake out of it, put the filling in the center and, fastening the edges together, form a shape of zraz. I roll the workpiece in breadcrumbs and transfer to a plate.
 I pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, warm it well and spread the workpieces for frying. I fry for 10 minutes on both sides, put the finished zrazy in a pan and cover it with a lid.
I spread the prepared zrazy on the dish, serve the sauce and, if desired, vegetables. Bon Appetit everyone!

Optional. In the butter in which the zrazy were fried, I prepare the sauce. I lay the finely chopped onions and mushrooms, fry them and pour the cream, stew for another 5-7 minutes.
