Cheese Curds

Quick and tasty, tender and delicious, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Without baking powder or yeast, cottage cheese curds are an easy-to-make appetizer. They are perfect with a glass of beer when we meet with friends for a game of cards or if we are lazing in front of the TV.

📝 Ingredients:
Flour 500g
Cottage cheese 400g
Butter 200g
Eggs 3
Salt
Sesame or cumin
