Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a boil, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, and honey.
Simmer for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
