RC3563 Battery Tester (inconsistent readings?)
A short video showing the inconsistent Internal Resistance readings, that I keep getting, when using this RC3563 Battery Tester.
It's supposed to be factory pre-calibrated
...but, it didn't come with a manual
...so, maybe?
