Clasp,Eductor Missing Data base issue, inactive create data base button
Start about 1/3 into the video. I tried clicking on Create Data base ( the first thing that comes up ) but the button was inactive... This may have been the issue. Try to click on Create Data Base and this may fix the issue. Now the system will only work when I reinstall the Serivce Pack each session. When I close the Clasp/Eductor and open it again it says data base 3 is missing. If I reinstall the Service pack it will work but when closed the Clasp will not start until I reinstall the Service Pack again. Also the Client back up option pops up every time I go into Clasp/Eductor...how do I shut this option off? I also have to re-input my name and country each time ( in the password page ) . After several restarts nothing will load and I only get Remedy Query Table Error" " Exception EaccessViolation in Conmain exe. Does anyone know how to fix this? New Service Pack as of 2-18-13 should fix fresh install issues: The new 12-12-2012 Software SP is now available for download to fix all issues existing in the previous versions, including the previously released 12-12-2012 versions!
You can now download the full DVD if you are installing the Software on a computer for the first time, or you can download the Service Pack and update your software from the following versions:

Activation is required after updating/installing your software. If you have already activated the 5-5-2012 or the 12-12-2012, you WILL NOT have to pay again. Nevertheless, you will have to go through the Activation process, but at this time, NO FEE will be applied.
