Kayaking Siltcoos River Canoe Trail to the Pacific Ocean
We paddle towards the Pacific Ocean along the Siltcoos River Canoe Trail at Dunes City, OR. As this was my first time paddling this, I did not know what conditions to expect once we got to the ocean. Was hoping to play with some surf but it was big and heavy. Also, the current from the river flowing out was very strong so the adventure was cut short before I was swept out to the Pacific.
