Do more research on this. One thing is just to slow down as much as possible. Just cuddle with your girl. Take the pressure off. Relax. Be honest with her. Communicate. It's a journey. But just the act of letting go and owning what the truth is helps clear some of that anxiety- which will help your performance because you're taking pressure off yourself. Accept your premature ejaculation as it is NOW, and at the same time research and work on improving it. I'm not the master on that.. but I'm sure you'll find plenty of information online. If this issue is serious / persists, consider talking to your doctor.
Also be warned, there is some bad advice out there online. Always think critically about what you get from the internet, and make sure that it's a credible source. Check multiple websites, etc.
