Very Promising
Regenerative therapy fascinates me, and as a skin cancer survivor who must undergo yearly laser procedures to keep future cancer at bay, exosomes are an integral part of my recovery routine. Elevai’s Enfinity Serum is not for every budget, and I suspect a large number of reviewers will undervalue the long-term potential of this serum, so I’m going to give more detail in this review than normal.
1. I Wrote About Exosomes in 2021: Three years ago, the concept of mesenchymal stem cells being able to both reduce and prevent skin damage sounded like science fiction. The early information I learned was not exactly promising for standalone topicals, but it was impressive when used in conjunction with certain aesthetic procedures. For the past two years, I’ve used a different brand’s exosome serum after my Erbium laser, and the product absolutely reduces inflammation, calms redness, and promotes skin healing better than anything I’ve ever used on my face. So …
2. Testing Enfinity Was a Dream: I’m a Retin-A power user, which means I have to combine the right products to mitigate irritation. A single pump of Enfinity in the morning after using Retin A the night before calmed my skin, made my skin look more even, and eliminated the sensitivity and flakiness inherent in retinoid usage. I also like that my skin felt instantly firmer after the serum absorbed. And as a bonus, it helped heal a nasty cat scratch on my upper chest and even prevented it from scabbing over. No small feat there.
3. Enfinity Alleviated All Ill Effects of an Inadvertent Sunburn: Despite being incredibly careful with sunscreen, I accidentally burned my neck and decolletage area recently as I spontaneously chatted in the sun without having my sunscreen nearby to reapply. The tightness, itch, and redness were completely gone the next morning, thanks to Enfinity and a hyper-moisturizer. The burn (and subsequent unwanted tan) is fading nicely with no need for vitamin C or even aloe vera.
Closing Thought: Enfinity works, but know why you’re buying it and what it’s designed to do. It won’t stun you overnight, but if you want your skincare to do something beneath the surface, Elevai is worth experiencing. 5 stars (as if you couldn't tell).
