Does EVERYONE Need an FFL Now!? Basically, Yes.
Are there any exceptions to the ATF's new rules? There are a few, but it's unlikely many people will meet the requirements.
If it's a gift, the gift giver does not need an FFL. For example, selling a hunting 🔫 is ok, but if you purchased it for personal safety, you need an FFL now. If you got it for collecting purposes, you are safe. If you got it for historical re-enactment, you are safe.
