In this video, I take a complete look at this certificate from every side. I start by discussing IT professionals and the two main types of work they do. I also talk about salary to expect when you're a beginner (1-3 years) and how to get into the field. (Hint: one way is to boost your skills via certificates.)

After this, we get into a specific look at the Google IT Support Professional Certificate. I'll take you through the five courses and tell you what to expect in each. Followed up by my recommendation and next steps to take.
