Turtle WoW Is BACK?!
Turtle WoW is BACK?! I don’t think many people expected to see this happen so quickly!
I jumped onto the new server to see what was actually going on, how populated it feels right now, how people are getting set up, and whether this could become a major thing again in the Classic WoW private server community.
One really important thing to mention as well is that this server appears to be running on the newer Turtle WoW 1.18.1-era client and systems, rather than the older leaked source code versions that some other projects have been using.
So unlike servers that are still trying to rebuild or patch old 2-year-old leaked builds up toward modern Turtle WoW content, this version already feels much closer to the later Turtle WoW experience people remember before everything happened recently.
