OCR feature in excel | take data from picture in excel | excel 365 | excel with AI feature
Hey everyone,
In this video, I will show you how to use the Microsoft 365 Excel OCR feature, which allows you to insert data from a picture into an Excel worksheet. This feature is very handy when you want to convert table data from an image file or a screenshot into editable and structured data in Excel. You can use this feature with images that have text in English or any of the 21 other supported languages
I will demonstrate how this feature works with different scenarios, such as using an existing picture file, taking a screenshot of a table from a website, and taking a picture of some printed data. I will also explain how to review and correct the results, and how to insert the data into your workbook.
