I have done two 100% runs including all DLC for Wartales. I wanted to share with you one another one of my builds that does well into the mid to late game of Wartales.
Consider appointing this unit as a Lieutenant in your Troop to grant Orderly buff to allies.
Level 1: Ranger
Level 2: Valorous Support or Valorous Audacity
Level 3: Strategist
Level 5: Instinctive Throw
Level 8: Low Blow
Level 10: Second Weapon
Level 12: Class Specialization - Deadly Contract
Attributes:
15 Willpower
20-22 Movement
40-50 Base Critical Hit
Rest in Dexterity
Offhand:
Early Game - Torch
Late game - Legendary Throwing Weapon Solar or Faithless
Helmet:
Light Helmet with high defense and Critical Hit or Damage. Helmet Stamp can be any Buff to Allies ability. I am using Legion Charisma in this guide which gives "Every time this unit deals a critical hit, adjacent allies gain Brutality for 1 Round."
Weapon:
Tactician's Dagger, Skelmar Knife are recommended. Any dagger is an ally effect is fine.
Oils should be Brave Oil, Propulsion Oil, Exhausting Oil, or any Debuff Oil.
Armor:
Light armor with high armor and + Critical Hit is recommended. Colossal Layer of the Ermine is recommend +4 Dex +1 Movement.
Belt Item:
Brave Oil Concentrate Belt
