Offering up our toughest sportive yet the Vyking Ride takes in some of the most feared climbs in England including the iconic and lung busting Rosedale Chimney Bank. With an average gradient of 13% and a maximum of 33% it is the joint steepest paved road in England. Before riders tackle the Chimney they will have first had to conquer Boltby Bank which is also ranked as one of the top 100 climbs in the country. Alongside brutal climbs the route offers stunning views across Yorkshire and some fantastic country lanes and roads through spectacular landscape.
