In this video the first chapter i.e. Basics is continued. Here I have discussed about Time Constant form of Transfer Function and give an idea of what time constant is and why we need this. I have taken examples of series RL and series RC circuit and derived Transfer Function. Then obtain the time constant of RC and RL circuit.
