This video is a sequel to my earlier video titled "Gigatron: Overview, Assembly, Testing Documentary", about the Gigatron kit computer that uses only plain TTL logic without a microprocessor.
Originally, the Gigatron was limited to presenting a short slide show and playing a couple of simple video games. There was no easy provision for connecting any I/O, or a keyboard, or a storage device, or being able to easily write machine language or BASIC programs, or to have additional games to play.
In the fall of 2018, the creators of the Gigatron introduced a new product, namely a small PS/2 keyboard adapter that also provides for saving and loading user programs, thus making it a storage device. Also available is the V3 version of the Gigatron ROM, which adds BASIC, a Gigatron version of Steve Wozniak's "WozMon" originally written for the Apple I computer, and three more good video games.
