Cached data are sets of temporary files created when you use all sorts of applications on your Mac. Periodically, that data needs to be cleaned to help your Mac run more efficiently.

To clear Cache on Mac:
Launch MacCleaner Pro.
Go to the Clean-up Mac tab.
Switch to the Expert mode.
Within the Caches section, you can find cache files of all your browsers, X-code cache files, and all your Applications` cache and log files.
Tick the checkboxes of unneeded files and click to Remove.
Then confirm the Removal.
