macOS MOJAVE on Macbook Air (Mojave 10.14 STABLE) | Should you update?
I'm going to show the macOS Mojave running on macbook air and talk about how it feels and performs rather than talking about a list of features that you probably already know.
I updated my macbook air 2017 to macos mojave and it feels really good. The dark looks really cool and the performance feels as good as ever if not better. I also did mojave benchmark with novabench and compared it with macos high sierra. The numbers also suggest an improvement.
To show you the real life performance of mojave, I opened a lot of apps and did multitasking with a 4K video running so you get a better idea. I hope it gives you an idea about mojave performance on the macbook air.
Now, I didn't really mean to cover mojave features rather I wanted to do mojave performance review so you can decide if you should update to mojave or not. So should you update? I would say yes based on my experience so far with mojave on the macbook air 2017.
Before you update to macOS mojave, make sure to backup everything to be on the safe side. Charge the battery at least to about 80% so it doesn't drain out in the middle.
