PowerApps and Power Automate to Join SharePoint Lists and Create Excel Files
This clip shows how you can use Power Automate to query content from multiple lists in SharePoint, then create an excel file with that data and send it back to PowerApps.
In the past I have created Excel files by sending a mass of comma delimited text into Power Automate from PowerApps, but if you are dealing with a large amount of data, this other method doesnt always play nice.
The technique shown here is nice an simple and fully supported with standard connectors - no special licensing needed.
