Real Estate Prices in Poland to 2030 – My Projections. Based on available analyses (reports from the National Bank of Poland, banks, institutes, and market experts), three scenarios for the development of the situation to 2030 can be outlined: baseline, optimistic, and pessimistic. The forecasts take into account the main cities (Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław, Gdańsk) and the national average, distinguishing between the primary and secondary markets, and discussing the impact of housing segmentation (studios, 2-room apartments, 3+ rooms). In the video, I present detailed assumptions for each scenario, preceded by an analysis of the key factors influencing prices.
