Patricia O'Connor, The Bonsai Balcony: Our Summer bench tour.
It's August and the heat is frankly not an issue at the moment. My watering has backed off quite a bit over the unseasonably mild temps, and the trees have slowed their role. Letting a tree go for a day or two without watering may feel awkward, but allowing it to have a dry moment in between waterings is more important for most of my collection. Today, I do a Summer bench tour and see how our trees are doing while I continue to recover.
