1. The ritual can be performed every 19th/20th lunar day for various problems. On the same day! Not every day!
2. Time of day before the end of the specified lunar day.
3. Today before 8:00 PM Moscow time. If you're late, you can do it tomorrow before 9:23 PM Moscow time. It cannot be performed between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM Jerusalem time.
4. Each person performs the ritual for themselves.
5. Fill a container with water -- hold the container in your right hand -- read the prayer words out loud 3 times --- after reading, pour the water out of the window or go outside and pour it into the ground. Do not pour it out of the window onto the pavement!!! It must be poured into the ground!!!!
Prayer words: Laddat ay kara ruzim va kara yol yandyrsyn, (name the problem here) laeysheddit ravvid luaz naffarad. Amen
