StudyMate || Dart + Flutter
StudyMate is a platform designed for students to share their notes as PDFs and connect with friends through social features. Developed with Flutter, Dart, and Firebase, it leverages Firebase Authentication, Firestore Database, and Cloudinary for efficient cloud storage.
Key Features:
•Students can create an account using a valid email address. To ensure security, email verification is mandatory before accessing the application.
•Users can log in using their registered email and password or take advantage of Google Authentication for quicker access.
•Users can browse through the list of registered users, find friends, and send them friend requests. Once accepted, they can connect and interact with each other as friends.
•Users can upload their study notes in PDF format. Each note can have a title and a brief description to help others understand its content.
•Notes can be shared as Public (visible to everyone), Private (visible only to the uploader), or Friends Only (visible only to connected friends). This ensures users have complete control over who can view their shared materials.
•Users can update the title, description, and visibility settings of their notes at any time, allowing flexibility in managing their shared content.
•The application includes a chat feature that enables users to communicate directly with their friends, fostering collaboration and social interaction.
StudyMate combines functionality and social engagement, providing students with a platform to enhance both their learning experience and social connections.
