வீட்டில் பன்னீர் செய்ய
தேவையான பொருட்கள்
பால் - 1 லிட்டர்
எலுமிச்சை சாறு - 1 மேசைக்கரண்டி
தண்ணீர் - தேவையான அளவு.
செயல்முறை
1. ஓரு பாத்திரத்தில் பாலை ஊற்றி முழு சுடரில் வைக்கவும் பால் பொங்கி வந்தவுடன் குறைந்த சுடரில் வைக்கவும்.
2. பாலில் எலுமிச்சை சாறு ஊற்றி கிண்டவும் பால் திரிந்ததும் அடுப்பை நிறுத்தவும்.
3. வடிகட்டியில் மெலிசான துணியை விரித்து பாலை ஊற்றி வடி கட்டவும் தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி கிளறிவிடவும்.
4. துணியை மடித்து அதன்மேல் கனமான பாத்திரத்தை வைக்கவும் 30 நிமிடம் கழித்து எடுக்கவும்.
5. துணியில் இருந்து பன்னீர் தனியாக எடுத்து சிறு துண்டுகளாக கட் செய்யவும்.
6. வீட்டில் தயாரித்த பன்னீர் தயார்.
