Okey, To Portforward you will need portmap:http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/2734...
and first open it up and when you can see your ip adress press the " + " in the left corner and put in " 25565 " in port and description is whatever u want just a name of the port stuff and now just let it be and give it to your friends put ur server on and log in with that ip u got from port map and enjoy !
