I Ran in Sandals for 1 Year
Since August 7, 2023, I have more than 175 miles over 60 runs in sandals. And I wanted to share the lessons I learned after running in sandals for a year. This video doubles as a guide to sandals running.

Between December 3, 2023 and June 11, 2024, I've been working on the script for this video on and off; there were other things I was caught up on during that time. After 10 drafts, I finally started recording and editing on June 12, 2024. I finally finished the whole thing on July 20, 2024! So the video portion of this project took me 6 months to plan and 1.5 months to record and edit. So technically it has been 232 days since I said I was going to make a video on this topic, for the video to come out. This topic was more loaded than I thought it was going to be, and I learned so much. Dan Mace was right, if you want to master something, you have to teach it. I am so glad that this is finally done. This is my first video in 6 months! I hope it goes well! Shoutout to you if you are reading this.
