Graduate (0–1 years): A$70,000 – A$90,000
Junior (1–3 years): A$85,000 – A$120,000
Mid-Level (3–5 years): A$120,000 – A$150,000
Senior (5–8+ years): A$150,000 – A$190,000+
Staff / Principal: A$200,000+ (depending on company, bonuses and equity)
Contractors: Approximately A$700–1,200+ per day
