A gray "VSYNC" is good ---- any RED or CYAN is failure
02:00 FULLSCREEN TEST

This video is 48 fps and can only play correct in a 48 Hz monitor. Of curse you can play it on a 240 Hz monitor. I have a brain.

(If you want to check 24 Hz. Set the monitor settings to 24 Hz. The different is that you only have to see ONE color, RED or CYAN constantley for correct results of Vsync. If you can see both RED and CYAN switching between them, It's gonna failure.)

Rule of thumb: The vsync test always gonna failure if you have wrong Hz on your monitor.

Some monitors are supported 50 Hz (EU-standard) but are locked on 60 Hz (USA-standard). This monitors always gonna failure the vsync in 50 Hz regardless the settings in the player, computer or monitor.

This video tests your Vsync on your display/monitor. It work on any screen, TV, projector, monitor you want to check.
It also check your players. If you know that you have the right settings throughout the chain, you have to check your player, browser or look for updates for your app.

The test is also work on cameras who filming or on air with multicamera setups (OBS, VMIX...).

I have done this test in a video file because it may be easier to check and understand that your display/monitor is playing smoothly at the correct Hz or fps that you want to play.

I was inspired to do this test from this website, https://www.vsynctester.com/ which has more details about this test.
