System Broke?! | $100k Journey | #33 | Window Cleaning Business Journey | Paz Window Cleaning
This week has been quite eventful! We had a fully booked schedule, but halfway through, my X2 system broke—not the filters, but the wheels that support the machine. I've been using it daily for about three years, so it's no surprise that wear and tear would catch up eventually. The great thing is that I bought it from WCR, which offers a 12-year warranty on their products. I reached out to them, sent a picture, and they promptly sent a replacement part with no questions asked. It's reassuring to know that when things go wrong, they’ve got my back, and it justifies the initial investment.
We also had two returning clients this week, including one who experienced an earthquake while we were working on their windows! I didn't feel it, but my partner did. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and everything turned out fine. Despite the hiccups, it's been a productive and satisfying week, and I'm grateful for the support and reliability of the equipment and services we use.
