Live on Periscope: ING's 1Q15 media call
This morning we published ING’s 1Q15 results. As usual ING’s Executive Board discussed the highlights of our financial achievements and strategic progress for the first quarter of 2015 in a conference call with the media.
Being the innovative bank we are, we had a novelty: for the first time this media call was streamed live on Periscope to give everyone a look behind the scenes. Periscope is a live video streaming service of Twitter, available via the Periscope app for iOS as well as on Twitter. Around 10:30 CET the stream was started with a tweet to the 22,000 followers of @ING_News, our corporate account on Twitter.
