5 chain stitches, slip stitch (SS) into the first chain stitch (ch)
Row 1: ch 3 + 11 double crochet (DCC) = 12 DCC; Slip stitch into the top loop of the first 3 ch.
Row 2: Work 2 DCCs under each stitch of the previous row. Start with ch 3 and finish with a SS into the top loop of these 3 chain stitches.
Row 3: Skip one stitch; work 7 DCCs into one point; Skip one stitch and work a SS into the next stitch;
Skip one stitch again and work a fan of 7 DCCs into the next stitch; Skip 1 stitch and crochet into the next sl st. - repeat 4 times; i.e., you now have 5 fans of 7 dc.
In the next stitch - single crochet (SC), and in the next one also SC;
Next 12 ch; in the 2nd stitch from the hook sl st, and in each of the remaining stitches we crochet sl st. i.e., 11 slip stitches; we insert the next sl st into the base of the single crochet from which the chain emerges.
Now, pay attention! We do the next step like this: insert the hook not into the next stitch, but skip 1 stitch, and crochet 1 sc.
4th row: SC sequentially into the next 4 stitches of the first fan. In the next stitch: 3 T; A picot of 3 ch, and 1 T in the same point where the 3 previous half double crochets come out; knit 1 sc under the remaining 2 loops;
Under the sl st of the previous row, knit a sl st;
4 sc under the next 4 loops;
Under the next loop: 3 dc; a picot of 3 ch; 1 dc in the same point as the 3 dc; under the next 2 loops, knit 1 sc, and under the sl st of the previous row, knit a sl st.
Middle part of the maple leaf: sc under the next loop, knit 1 dc under the next 2 loops, knit 2 dc2h under the next loop, a picot of 3 ch, and in the same point where the 2 dc2h were knitted, knit 2 more dc2h, under the next loop – 1 dc, under the next one again 1 dc, under the next one – sc, and under the next one ss (the middle part of the sheet is done)
Part 4: 2 sc under the next 2 loops; 1 dc in the next loop, picot from 3 ch, 3 more dc in the same point from which the 1st dc was worked; 1 sc under the next 4 loops, ss.
Part 5 of the sheet: 2 sc successively under each 2 loops; under the next: sc, picot from 3 ch, in the same point from which the half double crochet was worked, crochet 3 more sc, crochet one sc in each of the next 4 loops in a row;
And under the next loop, crochet a ss; fasten off the thread, cut.
Blocking! Enjoy! That is, Enjoy your work and give your leaves to your loved ones. It will be a talisman for them.
