a) You stay close to the pulley and you hold the cable bar with your arms extended in front of you.
b) The palms should be facing down and a little wider than the shoulders.
c) Lift the cable bar as high as possible while you exhale.
d) The arms should be extended all the time, so be careful with that.
e) Use the biceps to lift the weight. The shoulders have to be the only joints that are moving.
f) Put the bar low in the starting position. The arms still should be extended.
g) Repeat the exercise until you are done.
Note: You can use barbells, dumbbell, bands or a single handle to perform this exercise, with one or both of your hands.
