In this Video, We have a GE Refrigerator, Model GCH25JSDBSS, in Which the refrigerator section was not working, the Freezer Section was, and there was a big block of ice in the back of the freezer section. This is a Clear Indicator that one of the Defrost Parts is Faulty and Need to Be Replaced. The Defrost Parts Consist of The Defrost Heater, The Defrost Thermostat and the Freezer Thermistor. Even though only One of the Parts May be Faulty, We Recommend to Replace all 3, as they Usually Start Going Bad one by One, One Right After the Other. Are you Having a Similar Issue?
