How to get "Heaven's Sword" (Throwing sword with dual-wielding special attack)

The "Heaven's Sword" is a distinctive weapon in *Castlevania: Symphony of the Night**. It's a throwable sword that, when dual-wielded, allows for a special attack. This weapon stands out because it does not interrupt the player's movement when used, unlike most other weapons in the game. When two "Heaven's Swords" are equipped, the player can execute a special attack by pressing both attack buttons simultaneously. This attack involves multiple "Heaven's Swords" materializing behind the character Alucard and then flying forward in a horizontal sweep, ending with a single returning slash. It's considered one of the most powerful weapons with a special attack capability, boasting an attack power of **+21* and a defense reduction of *-2**. The special attack consumes **5 MP* and adds *+50* to the attack⁴.

For those accusing me of click-baiting, I would like to remind you that this video with additional footage and content is not even 4 minutes long.
That is because the time I spend farming Heaven Sword before I got a successful drop is all included in this clip. It isn't edited down or cut to give the impression of time passing slower.
I have done this particular farming with similar results, although, it is worth mentioning that I have a lot of gear to enhance the quantity of the rate of how often valuable items drop. That said, the time I spend is the time it took me.

How I recorded this:
I created the stream with Open Broadcasting Software Studio, in Debian GNU/Linux.
Recorded using the North America PSX version, running on a PSCX-ReArmed emulator in a customised Debian Linux distribution called Retropie.
I am running it on a Raspberry Pie 4B 8GB RAM, overclocked to 2GHz CPU and 750Mhz GPU and a cooling system, mounted on the board equipped with a fan.

Q: What is Heaven Sword?
A powerful sword that can be thrown and then returns. Heaven Sword can be combined (dual wielding it) for a unique special attack.
This attack consist of multiple Heaven's Swords appearing behind Alucard, which then all fly forward ending with a single slash returning. Hits all targets in horizontal range.
Arguably in the highest tier of powerful weapons capable of special attacks available.
Q: Do I need both Ring of Arcana's?
Short answer, no.
You don't even need one. You should, however, get the Alucart set.
You can also benefit from using a Luck potion, though it doesn't affect rare-drop loot the way Ring of Arcana(s) does.
Q: How do I get the Alucart set?
The set and the set-bonus is gained by collecting it from the clock-room. It is blocked by a statue (the one opposite side the statue that moves by itself).
Q: How do I gain access to this place?
By using the "time-stopping" sub-weapon while in the room, the one with the big clock, located in the middle of the castle.
Once you've stopped time the right-side statue will move and unblock the path. That's when you fly or high-jump up. Following this path you will get the entire set;
Alucart set is essentially a replica of the Alucard set but weaker, however wielding it gives you a significant boost to LUCK.
