DYNMODE 0: Dynamic Input is turned off. No interactive input fields appear next to the cursor when drawing or editing.
DYNMODE 1: Dynamic Input is on for commands only. Interactive input fields appear next to the cursor during drawing and editing commands, but tooltips are not displayed.
DYNMODE 2: Dynamic Input and Tooltips are both on. Interactive input fields and additional information like dimensions and angles are displayed next to the cursor.
DYNMODE 3: This setting enables full Dynamic Input functionality, including all features of settings 1 and 2, with additional tracking vector information displayed when drawing or editing.
