HOW TO MAKE YAM CROQUETTES

525g (18 oz.) Yam
1/2 Green onion
1/2 Small Onion
1Tablespoon Milk*
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
4 Tablespoons Flour
1 Tablespoon Butter
20g Mackerel*
1-2 Eggs
1 Small (Habanero) Pepper
Enough oil to fry
