Ume - For Tomorrow (Emerald Park) (2010 Edition)
Title : Ume
Album : For Tomorrow
Artist : Emerald Park
Lyrics :
ve been sneaking quietly around you
Searching for a sign or an invitation
But you are absent occupied with your stuff
You have not seen me, haven't felt the tension that surrounds us
I've been waiting, silently hesitating
My intentions are obvious, but not spoken
But you're not there
No you're not there
No you're not there
In the sunshine
You're hard to follow, so hard to follow
So hard to follow
You're hard to follow
You know I want, but you wait for my confession
I won't please you, I won't be the one to take the stand
I've been sneaking quietly around you
Searching for a sign or an invitation
Cast on the wall
A shadow
A ghost in the hall
A shadow
But you're not there
No you're not there
No you're not there
In the sunshine
You're hard to follow, so hard to follow
So hard to follow
You're hard to follow
In the sunshine
When the lights out
In the sunshine
So easy to follow
You're easy to follow
In the sunshine
So easy to follow

Biography:
Emerald Park was formed in Malmo, Sweden in 2001. After 2 years on the demostage, EP released the full-length album "Sadness Within". Since then, the band has taken several leaps in different directions, mainly forward. From being stuck in the down-to-earth alt.country/folk/rock category, the musical spectra now comprises a great deal of the band members own musical influences, that stretches back from 80:s postpunk to 00:s Canadian indie. All this interlinked with lyrics from a downward perspective. Everything goes? 13 newly recorded tracks are waiting in the pipeline for a release in 2008. They are produced by the band and Ola Frick from The Moonbabies. The bands members are Tobias Borelius, Martina Johansson, Frans af Schmidt, Mats Andreasson, Daniel Jonsson and Mikael Eskilsson.
