SEKIRO: Headless Sunken Valley (No Damage ... from the Boss)
This is the 3rd Headless I've encountered and I'm so tired of this mini-boss I popped a Yashariku's Sugar to make it go faster. Twice in fact. Yashariku's halves your health so it looks like I took damage once the Yashariku's wears off, but I didn't. Not from the boss at least.
This ugly neck-beard rewards Gokan's Spiritfall, which reduces posture damage for a short time.
