Federal Signal DSA - Minneapolis, MN
Managed to catch the DSA's going off right as they started. The siren test was canceled that day so I didn't expect them to go off.
EDIT - This siren now does the Westminster chimes instead of this tone. It kept malfunctioning for quite a long time and once they fixed them they changed the tone.
