How to add text over a videoclip in Sony Vegas Pro 9
Step 1: Add a video into the timeline.
Step 2: Create a new video track.
Step 3: Go to Generated Media and select text.
Step 4: Drag Default Text into the new video track.
Step 5: Resize the text and you're done!
IMPORTANT!
Make sure the video track that the text is on is above the video track that the video clip is on otherwise your text will not display over the video.
