In this video, I share what I found in the results of the latest survey I conducted while writing "The Jedi Path."
Specifically, we'll discuss how success in your personal life is connected to:
Evaluating your success at work
Keeping your smartphone within sight
Practicing observing your thoughts
Practicing "picking around for later" – sorting through and analyzing the deep corners of your to-do list
Practicing training your attention span and focus
A weekly review ritual
Practicing starting the day by completing a task from your list (instead of impulsively checking email and chats)
Practicing completing a "green" task
Plus additional conclusions I've drawn from interviewing 500 people.

Hello everyone!
My name is Maxim Dorofeev. I studied at the Physics Department of Moscow State University and later worked in management positions at a number of IT companies of varying renown. Even then, I began to suspect that the key to the successful work of a team as a whole and each of its members in particular lies somewhere deep within our heads. For the past 15 years, I've been studying this from various angles. Psychology, medicine, philosophy, management... I've combed through a ton of literature (of varying degrees of usefulness) on self-development, personal growth, motivation, and all that jazz, all in search of an answer to the question: "What can make us more successful and happier?"
By now, I've published my main findings in two books and continue to search for and share all sorts of interesting things about how we're structured.
