Cyberpunk 2077 FSR 3 Frame Generation Mod vs DLSS 3.5.10 Frame Generation graphics and performance comparison at 4K, 1440p with Ray Tracing/Path Tracing and Ultra settings on i7 10700F + RTX 4080
How to install AMD FSR 3 Frame Generation Mod for Cyberpunk 2077:

Method 1, regular version of the mod (this method was used in this video, but may not work for everyone):
1. Download the dlssg-to-fsr3 archive (~4.27 MB).
2. Extract the archive into the Cyberpunk 2077/bin/x64 folder so that the nvngx.dll and dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better.dll are in the same folder as the main EXE file.
3. Right click on "DisableNvidiaSignatureChecks.reg" and select "Merge". Click "Yes" when the dialog opens.
4. Very important: Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling must be enabled in your Windows settings in order to utilize FSR 3 Frame Generation.
5. Launch the game, go into the graphics options and enable DLSS Frame Generation.
6. Play the game with FSR 3 Frame Generation.
Method 2, DLSSTweaks version of the mod:
1. Download and install DLSSTweaks:

2. Download the dlssg-to-fsr3DLSSTweaksEdition archive (~4.27 MB).
3. Extract the archive into the Cyberpunk 2077/bin/x64 folder so that the dlssg_dlsstweaks_wrapper.dll and dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better.dll are in the same folder as the main EXE file.
4. Find "dlsstweaks.ini" and open it in Notepad.
5. Find the line "[DLLPathOverrides]" after scrolling down to the middle of the INI file.
6. Find the line ";nvngx_dlssg = C:\Users\Username\...\nvngx_dlssg.dll" underneath.
7. Replace the line with "nvngx_dlssg = C:\Path\To\The\Game\dlssg_dlsstweaks_wrapper.dll" (You MUST TYPE THE FULL DLL PATH and remove the ";" at the beginning. Dlssg-to-fsr3 may not work otherwise).
8. Right click on "DisableNvidiaSignatureChecks.reg" and select "Merge". Click "Yes" when the dialog opens.
