Taking Polaris Lance into Solo Competitive PvP

I got to show off Polaris Lance in quickplay and it turned out to be an enjoyable experience. Now I want to see how this weapon performs, as a scout rifle, in the competitive playlist.
My goal is just to experience getting in gun fights against players who disengage alot, or teamshot. I want to see how well I can hold on my own against meta weapons like The Last Word, Ace of Spades, and Recluse. I hope you enjoy!
