Line Follower using Custom Robot In Webots Simulator
Project Outline :
“Our Brain Simulates Reality”
In this project, our 2nd years have built a line follower using a custom robot in Webots Robot Simulator. 3 IR Sensors are used to detect a line and the differential drive robot is controlled accordingly to follow the line. This is an excellent project to learn Webots as well as to begin with robotics.
Motivation:
We all have made line followers as our first project in the realm of robotics.
But since COVID led to an online semester, the same was not feasible. Hence we decided to build line follower in webots simulator, so that the concepts of robotics can be taught to new members of club, even in a virtual-mode semester.
